Injuries
- Diagnosis and Treatment

There are a reported 20 million golf injuries every year! Dr. Gong has
completed extensive postgraduate training in the diagnosis and treatment for common golf injuries – lower
back pain, wrist pain, elbow pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, knee pain, and hip/groin pain.
Not only that, but you will learn the mechanism behind the most common golf injuries and learn
how you can begin to play injury-free.
There are 14 areas of the body that require golf-specific conditioning. Should you fail any
part of the examination you will learn how each area relates to the golf swing and in addition to in-office
treatment, you will be taught how to condition the area with a home care program of
exercise.
Did you ever think that your body is NOT able to make the correct swing. Despite how many
lessons you get, you can't get your body doing the correct action.
Our objective is to
detect each player's physical limitations and biomechanical flaws that may hinder one's performance and prevent
them from achieving their goals.
