It’s not a secret
that everyone who plays golf would like to hit
the ball further. To hit the ball further requires you to generate more club head speed. We will measure your
present club-head speed on your very first visit. In order to hit longer more powerful golf shots we will
teach you a 7-point plan of golf specific fitness and conditioning training secrets. Most of our
patients will hit their drives 25-30 yards further after just 6 weeks!
Most amateur golfers don’t even realize that their lack of postural fitness and flexibility are
holding them back from improvement.
